The main characteristics of PTFE mesh conveyor belt are:
● Climate resistance - continuous operation from low temperature to high temperature within the range of -70 ℃ to 260 ℃ Celsius. Through practical application, if left continuously at a high temperature of 250 ℃ for 200 days, not only will the strength not decrease, but the weight will also not decrease; After being placed at a high temperature of 350 ℃ for 120 hours, the weight only decreased by about 0.6%; It will not crack at -180 ℃ ultra-low temperature and maintain its original softness
Non adhesive - almost all adhesives such as resins, coatings, etc. can be easily removed
Drug resistance - unaffected by the vast majority of chemicals and solvents
Mechanical characteristics - Dimensional stability (elongation coefficient less than 5% under heated conditions), low friction coefficient (0.05-0.1)
● Electrical characteristics - extremely superior insulation, anti UV, infrared, and high-frequency interference
● Breathable characteristics - the air permeability of the conveyor belt reduces heat consumption and improves drying efficiency
Application scope of PTFE mesh conveyor belt:
Textile printing and dyeing - drying of bleaching and dyeing fabrics, drying of printing, drying of fabric shrinkage, drying of non-woven fabrics, and other mesh fiber conveyor belts
Screen printing - UV drying, plastic product screen printing drying, paper oil drying, mesh fiber conveyor belt
● Comprehensive items - high-frequency drying, freezing and thawing of various foods, baking, thermal shrinkage of packaged items, etc
● Other situations - In situations where hot air drying is required and heat processing transfer conditions are met, it is suitable to use mesh fiber conveyor belts
