Silicone elastic fabric
Silicone elastic fabric is made of special industrial fabric with high elasticity and good strength as the substrate, coated with high tear resistant liquid silicone rubber.
The main characteristics of silicone elastic fabric are:
● High and low temperature resistance - can work continuously within the range of -40 ℃ to 250 ℃
● Drug resistance - good chemical corrosion resistance, oil resistance, waterproofing, and washability
Mechanical characteristics - good elasticity, elongation up to 100%, high tensile strength, good product wrapping after vacuum pumping
Application range of silicone elastic cloth:
Mainly used for transferring patterns to vacuum heat transfer coating equipment for aluminum alloys, wooden doors, steel doors, Roman rods, etc. The vacuum heat transfer machine adopts the principle of vacuum suction heating to make the processed product pattern complete and clear. Therefore, the product needs to effectively solve the disadvantages of conventional silicone rubber, such as insufficient vacuum suction, short service life, poor elasticity, and low temperature resistance.
