PTFE PTFE PTFE silicone rubber coated fiberglass composite fabric is made by using high-strength fiberglass fabric as the base fabric, and coating one side with imported PTFE PTFE PTFE resin and the other side with high-quality silicone rubber through a special process. This product combines the dual characteristics of PTFE and silicone rubber, achieving an incredible perfect combination of a highly anti stick smooth surface and a slightly stiff anti slip backing.
Main features:
● Temperature resistance characteristics - continuous use from low temperature to high temperature within the range of -70 ℃ -230 ℃ Celsius
Non adhesive - almost all adhesives such as grease, sugar stains, resins, coatings, etc. can be easily removed
● Drug resistance - Good chemical corrosion resistance, unaffected by the vast majority of chemicals and solvents
Mechanical characteristics - stable size, high strength, high friction (silicone surface), low friction (PTFE PTFE PTFE surface) can be achieved simultaneously
● Non toxic and environmentally friendly - compliant with food inspection standards such as the US FDA and German LFGB
